We do support Credit/Debit Card, EasyCash, Mobile Wallet and Internet Banking via payment gateways, other than that you can pay for orders using bank deposit to our bank account in Sampath Bank , Peoples bank , Nation Trust Bank and Bank Of Ceylon

Quick Delivery: On Monday to Thursday Duration 2-6 working (Except Surturday , Sunday and Poyaday) Days after order confirmation.

Courier service does not work on Saturdays ,Sundays And Public holidays.

A payment method can be chosen from the given options while making an online order in the “ Review & Payments” stage. 

The options available are:

Credit/Debit Card, Mobile Wallet and Internet Banking via PayHere - When this option is selected and click on the “Place Order” button, you will be automatically redirected to a website (payhere.lk). Here you make the payment either through a Credit/Debit Card, Mobile Wallet or Internet Banking. Once you submit the payment you will be redirected back to the CellParts website and you will see the 9 digit order number.

Bank Transfer / Bank Deposit - Bank account details will be given when this option is selected. You have to continue with the order and finalize it by placing the order by clicking on the “ Place Order ” button. You can then make the payment by transferring money to our bank account. The order will be shipped only after payment is made.

PayHere : 3.3% of the transaction value + LKR30.00 will be applied as transaction fees. *

Checkout: 3.9% of the transaction value + 0.45USD will be applied as transaction fees.*

Nope, we don’t. That is why we have handed the responsibility of handling credit card payments to PayHere, an online payment processing service. More details can be found on their website at www.payhere.lk

Unfortunately it is impossible for us to give you a warranty for electronic parts.We will provide a service warranty for a limited period where we will replace any component parts (please note that the customer will have to pay for the replaced components) and we do not provide any technical assistance for accessories.

We are open from 8:00am to 5:30pm on weekdays (Monday to Saturday). We are closed on Sundays and on Poyadays.

Yes, definitly. Except "TOOLS" and "IC" catogory all others have special price for BULK orders.In TOOL catogory we post "No Warranty Price" .If you willing to buy with 6 months repairing Warranty please contact our sales team or contact us by Email.

Usually within 24 HOURS TO FIVE (5) working days (Monday to Friday) we will handover goods to the Courier Service.If any shortage or inability to handover goods in time our salesmen will call you and provide neccessory instruction.

We can promise 90% accurate our stocks and prices with our physical stores , Site fully automatically syncronise with our POS ,However seldomly can occur technical errors sync with POS: If you have any doubt please call our custormer hotline during working hours to confirm prices and stocks.
